The Crouch Family has been hit with the news on Christmas Eve 2019 that Brendan Crouch's MRI revealed a large tumour. As a young 38 year old family man of three boys (5 year old and 2 year old twins) the news has shocked all. Brendan is a member of local Drover's Rugby Union Team in Dawson Valley a fit football player, in 2016-2018 he was our local Moura Branch Manager for Elders and now Territory Sales Manager for Waratah Fencing. All who know the family know the love and support they give to all in contact with them with caring wife, Moura's Local Veterinarian, Leigh Crouch. They are a humble family always offering help and not willing to ask for help when needed. As their neighbour I'm asking for you to show love and support to bring awareness and funds needed for more brain cancer research through Carrie's Beanies 4 Brain Cancer.
In May 2015, Carrie Bickmore won the prestigious Gold Logie at the TV Week Logie awards, which she dedicated to her late husband Greg who passed away five years earlier following a 10-year battle with brain cancer. Carrie went on to form Carrie's Beanies 4 Brain Cancer Foundation which aims to raise desperately needed funds towards research into the horrible disease that is brain cancer.
