Do you store my credit card details?

You can choose whether or not Donate Planet will remember your details. When you check-out, look for the tick-box next to “Would you like us to remember you next time?” You can change these settings in your Donate Planet account dashboard.

It’s tax time! How do I download my tax receipt?

You can download a tax receipt from your Donate Planet account. Simply log in to your Dashboard, click on Donation history, and choose how you would like to download your tax receipt.

My credit card is about to expire; how do I add a new card?

You can update your credit card, and other details in your Donate Planet account dashboard. Simply log in and click “Update profile”.

Do you give my personal information to third parties?

For each donation, Donate Planet only provides the relevant charity with the name of the donor, and the amount of the donation. Donate Planet doesn’t give any other details to charities, and never sends any information to third parties. If you’d prefer your name not be sent to your charity, then you can choose to donate anonymously when you check-out, or mark this preference in your Donate Planet account dashboard.

I would like to donate anonymously; can I do this?

Yes, you can donate anonymously. When you check-out, tick the box next to “I would like my donation to be anonymous”, or mark this preference in your Donate Planet account dashboard.

I’m having a problem accessing my account. What should I do?

Check that you are using the correct log in details. If you’re not sure of your password you can follow the Forgot Password process, or simply contact us and we’ll reset it for you.

I’ve created my Fundraising Campaign, but attached it to the wrong charity/appeal. What do I do now?

Don’t panic! If you’ve just created your campaign, simply log into Donate Planet and select ‘My campaigns’ from your dropdown login menu. All your campaigns will be listed – choose the campaign that you wish to cancel and click on ‘cancel’. You will then need to set up a new fundraising page.
