  • The Aboriginal Literacy Foundation seeks to transform the lives of Indigenous children by focusing on literacy and numeracy education. Working in collaboration with local communities and partners, we develop literacy skills with Indigenous children so that they can succeed in school and beyond.

  • Act for Kids provides free professional therapy for children who have suffered abuse and support for families at risk. They rely heavily on donations to reach out to more children and families in need.

  • AEIOU is a not-for-profit organisation, which was established in 2005 to deliver high-quality early intervention with a program that meets national guidelines, within a social, play-based environment. Affordability, school readiness, individual care and evidence-based practices are at the core of what we do.

  • AIME provides a dynamic educational Program that gives Indigenous high school students the skills, opportunities, belief and confidence to finish school at the same rate as their peers.

  • Alzheimer’s Australia NSW is a rapidly growing, non-profit organisation based in North Ryde, NSW. As the peak body for people with dementia and their families and carers, we provide advocacy, support services, education and information.

  • Anglicare Australia supports Australians with services in areas including childcare, aged care, disability, domestic violence, housing and homelessness, indigenous services, mental health, financial literacy, counselling and out of home care for children and young people. We help over 900,000 vulnerable and disadvantaged Australians every year get back on their feet.

  • ANGLICARE is the urban mission and community care arm of the Sydney Anglican Church. As one of Australia’s largest Christian care organisations, ANGLICARE reaches out to thousands of people every year.

Through God’s grace and the practical and prayerful support of people throughout the diocese, ANGLICARE is able to make Christ’s love real to people in need.

  • Founded in 1996, Assistance Dogs Australia is a small but national charity that provides daily assistance to people with physical disabilities by training Labradors and Golden Retrievers to enhance their quality of life and give them freedom and independence.

As a result of our programs these highly trained dogs allow recipients to have greater mobility, gain confidence, create higher self-esteem and reduce the need for a human caregiver.

  • Aurora is a not for profit, independent community channel, screened nationally on Channel 183 on FOXTEL. Aurora showcases the work of independent and emerging Australian producers, and is committed to screening interesting, diverse and innovative content to encourage awareness and understanding of community issues and interests.
